The short version. Practice gently and never force a pose — please read the health notice below. Premium is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it, and the yearly plan starts with a free trial. Your progress lives on your device only. Refunds go through Apple.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Oliver Momeni, trading as Loony Studio (“we”, “us”). They cover the Daily Hatha Yoga app for iPhone and iPad, and everything in it.
They are not an agreement with Apple. By downloading or using Daily Hatha Yoga you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
You must be 18 or over to subscribe. Anyone younger should use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
2. Health and safety — please read this first
Daily Hatha Yoga is a yoga exercise program. Check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or have not exercised for a while.
Move slowly, breathe steadily, and never force a pose or stretch into pain. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You take part at your own risk.
Daily Hatha Yoga is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Nothing in it is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Practice on a non-slip mat with enough space around you, and adapt or skip any pose that does not suit your body.
3. What you may do with the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Daily Hatha Yoga for your own private, non-commercial practice, on any Apple device that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
- copy, record, screen-capture, download outside the app, or re-upload the videos, voice guidance or music anywhere
- share, sell, rent, broadcast or publicly perform the content
- use the videos to teach a class, or in a gym, studio, hotel or any other commercial setting
- use the content to train any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system
- reverse-engineer the app, or try to get at the video files other than by using the app normally
The videos and any music in the app are owned by us or licensed to us. Your subscription gives you access to play them in the app; it does not transfer any ownership.
4. Free content and Premium
Some content is free forever: the Daily Basics session, and 18 poses — every Warm Up and Relaxation pose, and the poses in Daily Basics.
Everything else — every other pose, every program and every quick session — is part of Premium, an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store:
- Plans. Yearly, Quarterly (every 3 months) or Monthly, at the price shown in the app and in the App Store for your country before you confirm.
- Free trial. New subscribers to the Yearly plan get a free trial of the length shown in the app (7 days). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends. Apple decides who is eligible; anyone who has had a trial in this app before is not offered another. Any unused part of a free trial ends if you buy a different plan during it.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. If the price changes, Apple tells you in advance as its rules require.
- Managing and cancelling. In the app, tap Settings → Manage subscription, or on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Trial reminder. If notifications are allowed, the app reminds you two days before a free trial ends.
- Family Sharing is not available for Premium.
- New device or reinstall. Tap Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID.
5. If you already bought Daily Hatha Yoga
This version is an update to the original paid Daily Hatha Yoga app. If your Apple ID bought that app before this version was released, Premium is yours for life and you pay nothing. The app works this out from the date on your App Store receipt, so there is nothing to tap; if Premium does not show straight away, tap Settings → Restore purchases.
6. Payment and refunds
Apple is the seller. Apple takes the payment and issues the receipt; we never see your payment details.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue or refuse a refund. If something has gone wrong, write to support@loonystudio.com anyway and we will do what we can to help.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase, which you exercise through Apple. That right may be lost once the content has been made available to you with your agreement.
7. Your progress and your data
Your practice history, streak, plan and settings are stored on your device only. We hold no copy and there is no account.
This means that if you delete the app, reset your device, or install the app on a new device without restoring from a backup, your progress starts again at zero. Your subscription is not lost — use Restore purchases — but your history cannot be recovered by us, because we never had it. An iCloud or computer backup of your device is what carries your progress across.

8. Availability and changes
The videos are streamed over the internet the first time you play them, so playback needs a connection and enough data allowance. Mobile data charges are yours.
We may update the app, change or replace content, or stop publishing it. We do not guarantee that the app or the streaming service will be available without interruption or errors.
We may change these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and anything significant is mentioned in the App Store release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
9. Intellectual property
The Daily Hatha Yoga name, logo, videos, music, photographs, text and design belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
10. No warranty
Daily Hatha Yoga is provided “as is”, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by this.
11. Our liability
You are responsible for practicing within your own ability and for following the health notice in section 2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, illness or loss that results from ignoring that notice, from practicing beyond your ability, or from your surroundings while you practice.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data where you had no backup. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In addition:
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation of any kind.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with any claim about the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any claim that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
